On work/home The actress, 31, is taking a little break from her day job. After starring in The Incredible Hulk and The Strangers this summer, Tyler, who's normally based in Manhattan, is taking the autumn off and spending it in Los Angeles with her son, Milo, 3. Now separated from her husband, musician Royston Langdon, she isn't exactly eager to dish about her off-camera life.
"I won't be in New York this fall. I think I'll be in California. Do we have to talk about my personal stuff?" she says. "I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do next. I don't know. We'll see what happens."
On play She has started dabbling in the digital world. Tyler, who concedes she's not much of a gamer, nevertheless appears in a new TV ad for Nintendo DS' MillionHeir game. She shot it with her sister Chelsea in one of her favorite Manhattan haunts: the Soho Bliss spa.
"I love their facials," she says. Shooting the ad let Tyler reconnect with her inner kid. "I'd never played a game before they asked me to shoot this. It's actually quite addictive. There's something childlike about being able to just play."
On style She's spiffing up her winter look. She models for Givenchy and is the face of the brand's Very Irresistible fragrance. So of course, she's very into fashion.
"For me, winter is all about a great coat or two, and a great scarf, because then you can just put on jeans and a T-shirt," she says. In her closet, you'll find Wolford tights, Wellington boots, a Steven Alan plaid shirt. Plus: "a gorgeous cashmere Stella McCartney cape and a gorgeous hat and scarf. I'm into Russian-looking faux fur. Milo and I got matching alpaca hats at the alpaca farm in Portland, Maine."
